FRESH Fitness Weekend, September 5-8 2008

Anna Couser is a personal trainer with 12 years experience in sports specific training and massage.  Normally based in the UK, she has decided to offer clients an opportunity for a Fresh fitness break in a beautiful mountain setting. 

Friday 5^th September

Meet at Pau airport, then head for Cami de Bidale, your base for the next few days.

Lunch is followed by a hike in the nearby Castelloubon.    

Saturday 6^th September

Early rise and 6 km jog around the Lac de Lourdes. Breakfast will be served on the lakeshore.  Then, it's back to base and Anna will discuss Nutrition & Fitness.  The afternoon will be spent in the spa town of Bagneres-de-Bigorre.  You have the choice of getting there on mountain bike, through the foothills, or by transport.

In town, you are free to enjoy the afternoon: walk around the squares and , hike through the forêt du Bédat just at the edge of town or relax in its fantastic spa!

Sunday 7^th September

Monday 8^th September 

Transfer to Pau airport.
